Noni's Chicken in Wine

 



Fry chicken breasts in butter until just browned, add S&P and garlic, transfer to casserole dish.

Add 1 cube butter to pan

add 2 pkgs sliced mushrooms

add 1/2 cup chopped parsley and saute slightly

add 2 chicken bouillon

add 1 cup white wine

add 1 cup water and simmer until bouillon melts

Pour over chicken

Cover casserole dish with foil

Bake in oven 1 1/2 hours at 350.

Tastes even better on the second day.
