Jim's Hershey Pie

 



1 (9-inch) pie shell

1 (8 oz) Hershey chocolate bar

1 (16 oz) Cool Whip

 

NOTE:  Allow Cool Whip to soften before adding to chocolate.

Leave Cool Whip to sit outside fridge for 10 – 20 minutes before using.

 

Bake pie shell.

Melt Hershey bar in double boiler. 

Remove melted chocolate from stove and add Cool Whip.

Spoon chocolate mixture into pie shell.

Refrigerate until firm (about an hour).
