Rockin' Grape Salsa

 


¾  cup each red and green seedless grapes, coarsely chopped

½ cup chopped sweet red pepper

¼ cup chopped green onions

2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon lime juice

2 teaspoons finely chopped jalapeno pepper

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon Tabasco-type sauce

 

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow

flavors to blend. Drain well before serving. Serve with tortilla chips or bagel chips. 

Also works well with chicken or fish.

 

Makes 1 ½ cups.
